Returns and refunds

Returns, replacements and refunds are handled by the partner store where you bought the item, under its return policy. Start from the order in your account there; most returns take a few clicks.

If a product is not right

MHC Medical Products stands behind EasyTouch: if a meter, strip or lancet does not perform as it should, tell us at [email protected] with the product name and lot number from the box, and we will pass it on to the quality team.

Opened medical supplies

Some opened medical and hygiene items cannot be returned for safety reasons; the partner store's policy explains which. Keep the packaging until you have tried the product.
